Oh, Rachel & Parker! These two beautiful people were high school sweethearts at Metamora High School in Illinois. I think that Rachel actually found me on The Knot .. which is always seriously amazing due to the sea of photographers out there … but she also found me even though I’m here in Columbia, Missouri, for her central Illinois wedding. I’m so, so glad that she did! Rachel and Parker are absolute sweethearts. Every interaction that I had with them left me grinning from ear to ear. Rachel is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met in my life, and her heart for nursing and helping babies is truly unique and admirable. On Rachel & Parker’s wedding day, from the moment I met them, the air was filled with buzzy, happy vibes. Their family and friends were so happy to be with them, and everything was exciting and perfect. Rachel & Parker got married at Willow Hill United Methodist Church, where her parents were instrumental in its’ creation … so we had to take a photo of them all by the foundation sign outside of the church. We also got to take photos with the beautiful blue truck that belongs to Rachel’s dad. At the gorgeous reception at the Waterhouse, there was much laughter and happy tears as their family and friends toasted them, followed by all the dancing! Their bouquet toss and garter toss were also absolutely hilarious, which you can hopefully see in the photos below. I’ve enjoyed following Rachel & Parker so much during their lives since they got married last June, and I love that they’ve become my friends for life now. Enjoy these photos from their wedding day!
