Anna and Pete got married on a very rainy spring day, with light that enhanced the navy blues, greens and whites that she’d chosen for her palette perfectly. Throughout the day, their friends and family told stories of how they always knew that Anna and Pete would be great for each other over the years, and one day they finally realized it themselves. There were so many emotions throughout the day, and the ABCs would be sung upon getting tearful in an attempt to prevent crying. It sometimes worked. Anna used her grandma’s garter around the base of her bouquet, and I loved her grandma’s reaction to noticing it in Anna’s hand during the photos of the girls. So much love and laughter, just the way a wedding day should be.
