From the moment we Skyped and she asked me the names of my children, I knew Anna was somebody that I would come to love. She is absolutely beautiful on the outside, but what makes her beyond special is her spirit. She is completely vivacious and full of joy, and it’s something quite special. Upon meeting Joe at their engagement session in the spring, I could see that he was understandably completely enamored with Anna as well. Their winter wedding took place on a cold December day, but it didn’t stop the smiles on everyone’s faces as there was major cause for celebration. Anna told me on our initial Skype date that “everyone’s going to cry all day,” and she wasn’t wrong … but pure emotion is one of my absolute favorite things to capture. It’s the best thing that I could imagine photographing. I loved all of the little details from their wedding, from Joe’s pinecone boutonniere to Anna’s winter bouquet with dusty miller and eucalyptus. So beautiful! Thank you, Anna and Joe, for choosing my husband and me to photograph your wedding day. We wish you both the very best!
